Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Waitlist form: your email address and anything else you choose to give: name or creator name, a link to your comic, where your comic is published, what you would pay, which options interest you, and any message. We also keep a record that you agreed to be contacted and when.
- Emails you send us at hello@steadink.com, and our replies.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and are only seen by us as totals (for example, number of visits per day).

We do not sell your data, show ads, use tracking cookies, or use your data for automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us

All three act under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for Cloudflare, also the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Before we start sending newsletters with an email service, we will add it to this list.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the platform opens if you have not created an account.
- Emails: as long as needed to answer you, and at most 2 years.
- Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, and you can object to how we use it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@steadink.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before. We answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Age
You need to be 16 or older to join the waitlist.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will email you first.
